REFLECTIONS/more than a year

I can’t believe this. I’ve been “blogging” at brokefashionjunkie for more than a year now. 12 months have passed. 12 months where I have been immersing myself in this world. The world of fashion. I’ve grown a lot and learned a ton. I continue to learn, and this is not the end.

I have picked up a lot through this blog. I discovered who I am; How I work, think, feel. This blog has been a test of my skill and patience. It made me work around my adversities and learn about responsibility. I have said before, this blog is like a pet. You feed it, you take care of it, you maintain it and you take it out to the park for people to see. I discovered my style, not only in fashion but also in life, through this blog.

I had fun interacting with you, my readers. The very few of you who read my blog even through all of its transition periods. This blog has been in transition period for almost it’s entire existence. This was my testing ground, where I test my ideas. Sometimes it’s succesful, sometimes it gets nothing done. But it’s all in a day’s work

12 months, I dont want to stop there, unfortunately brokefashionjunkie does. It’s time for me to make a new milestone in this journey, this rennaissance, this epiphany of mine. I have seen enough meaning through this blog, and this blog has seen enough change in me. I am now ready to move on to a new chapter and tomorrow I can all share this with you.

Wow this camera is starting to get fun. I’m learning stuff and I’ve taken several outfit pictures. What do you think of the pictures? I still need help with improving my photography skills. Any resources you guys know about?

NEWS/ The Big Splurge

THIS IS IT! This is the big change. It came sooner than expected but it is here. I JUST BOUGHT MY OWN DSLR CAMERA

I got the Nikon D3100, it includes video and I think it’s pretty awesome. I’m still playing around with it and learning stuff, but hey this is great. I am so happy and I am much more equipped for a better quality blog.

The changes aren’t finished, there’s another one yet to come and a significant date is about to come. till then

I've been blogging (or at least that's what I'd like to call it) for close to a year now. I am done with school and I just want to take this week to ,first of all, study for a Spanish finals that I have totally neglected. I will be studying 4 months of work in 3 days; also I want to prepare posts for blogging and maybe do some tweaks here and there. Changes are bound to come. I know I know I've been saying it for so many times, but I know it's gonna be pretty big.

I’m over this

I just want to give an update. I am on my last day of school for monday and I am officially having my summer vacation. I’m not really going anywhere or to special events but at least I have more time.

Things are bound to change and I hope they are for the better. Also, I NEED A JOB AND I NEED TO GO SHOPPING. I’VE NO NEW CLOTHES TO WEAR. H&M is having a big sale AND I REALLY WANNA GO!!!
